1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
We accept returns for the following reasons:
Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.
Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong item, we'll make it right. Let us know within 30 days.
Lost Packages: For lost packages, contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
2. Refund Process
Approved Returns: Once your return is approved, we'll process a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Supliful Credits: If applicable, we may issue Supliful credits for future purchases instead of a refund. Please contact us if you prefer a cash refund.
